Rinse raisins in hot water; drain and dry on a towel.
Cream butter or substitute.
Add honey and molasses; beat well.
Add beaten egg yolks and flavoring.
Stir to blend.
Add flour sifted with baking powder and salt; beat.
Stir in raisins and cornflakes, alternately with stiffly beaten egg whites.
Drop by small spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet, about 2-inches apart. Flatten slightly.
Bake in a moderate oven (375Β°) for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes 4 1/2 to 5 dozen medium-sized cookies.
