Quick Homemade Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. oil, 1/2 clove garlic, minced, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 can kidney beans, drained and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat oil in large skillet.
Add garlic and ground beef.
Stir until beef loses its red color.
Add beans with liquid, onion and green pepper.
Stir in tomato sauce, salt and chili powder. Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until chili is of desired thickness, about 45 minutes.
