Quick Clam Chowder
Quick Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (50 oz.) can chopped clams, 1 (50 oz.) can cream of potato soup, 12 strips bacon, diced, 1 large onion, diced and 1 tsp. thyme, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook bacon until crisp. Add onion and cook until done.
Drain juice from clams and simmer juice in pan with onion and bacon.
In a large pot, add clams, potato soup and evaporated milk.
Add bacon-onion and juice mixture. Stir in thyme, pepper and Old Bay seasoning.
Mix and heat.
Don't boil.
