Quick Chicken Pot Pie
Quick Chicken Pot Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked chicken, cubed, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 can milk, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots and 1 box pillsbury all-ready pie crust, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Mix soup and milk into bowl. Stir in peas and carrots. Microwave on High for 6 minutes. Stir in cubed chicken.
Form 1 piece of pie crust into deep dish casserole;
Pour chicken mixture into deep dish. Place the other pie crust on top and make 4 slits. Bake at 350Β° for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
