Pumpkin Tea Bread
Pumpkin Tea Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 3 c. sugar, 2 c. pumpkin (1 can), 3 eggs and 1 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Add measured amount of sugar to oil.
Mix well.
Add pumpkin and eggs.
In a separate bowl, mix spices and flour well.
Add to liquid mixture.
Pour into ungreased angel food cake pan.
Bake at 350Β° for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
(Optional
Add 1 cup nuts and 2/3 cup raisins.)
I use six 1-pound foil pans and cook about 50 to 60 minutes.
