Pumpkin Coffee Cake
Pumpkin Coffee Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2/3 c. margarine, 1 c. brown sugar, 2/3 c. sugar, 2 1/2 c. flour and 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Melt margarine, add sugar and brown sugar.
Mix in flour, pumpkin pie spice and salt until crumbly.
Remove 1 cup to small bowl; add nuts and cinnamon.
Mix well, set aside.
To remaining mixture, add rest of the ingredients.
Beat until smooth.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° approximately 45 minutes.
