Potted Cheese
Potted Cheese is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. cheddar cheese, 1/3 c. butter, 2 tbsp. port or sherry, 5 green onions, finely chopped and 1 tsp. caraway seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Finely grate cheese into a bowl.
Add softened butter and mix well.
Stir in Port or sherry, green onions, caraway seed, mustard and worcestershire sauce.
Scoop mixture into a serving bowl.
Cover with walnuts and press them into the mixture lightly.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
Serve with crackers or melba toast.
