Potato Soup
Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 c. bacon ends, 4 to 6 stalks celery, 1 large onion, 2 qt. milk and garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Onion, bacon and celery.
Add flour and pint of water to form roux. (Calorie counters may eliminate the roux.) The roux may be frozen for later use.
Cook the potatoes in about of water; add roux, milk and garlic powder. Pepper and salt to taste.
Heat and serve.
