Potato Soup
Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. diced, peeled potatoes, 1 onion, chopped, 1/2 c. sliced celery, 3 beef bouillon cubes and 1 1/2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook potatoes, celery and onion in bouillon and water until vegetables are tender.
Do not drain.
Partially mash potatoes. Add milk, butter, parsley, cheeses and salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat when it bubbles around the edges.
Do not boil.
