Made with 3 c. peeled and cubed potatoes, 2 c. milk, 1 pkg. frozen cauliflower and broccoli (chopped), 1 lb. velveeta cheese, cubed and 3 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Boil potatoes until tender, drain.
