Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 medium-sized potatoes, boiled in jackets, 2 c. grated sharp cheese, 1/4 c. melted butter, 1/2 c. sour cream and 1/3 c. minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Peel potatoes and cube.
Mix butter and cheese.
Add to potatoes.
Stir in sour cream, onion, salt, pepper and parsley flakes.
Turn into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish (greased). Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
