Pot Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour (unsifted), 3 tbsp. crisco, 1 tsp. salt, 1 small egg and 1/4 to 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cut shortening into flour and salt.
Add beaten egg.
Stir in enough milk to make a soft dough.
Roll half until very thin. Repeat with other half of dough.
