Pork Tender Steak
Pork Tender Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. round steak, 3 medium onions, sliced, 2 c. sliced carrots, 1 can tomato soup (undiluted) and 3 large potatoes, sliced thick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Salt and pepper steak and sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt over steak.
Cut into pieces.
Brown in small amount of oil or shortening.
Place meat in bottom of casserole.
Top with onions, then potatoes, ending with carrots.
Spread tomato soup over top until covered.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in 375Β° oven for 1 1/2 hours.
