Pork Barbecue
Pork Barbecue is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. pork shoulder, 1 1/2 c. water, 1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup, 2 tbsp. brown sugar and 1 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Add water (about 1 1/2 cups).
Cover and simmer slowly until well done.
Remove pork and shred, removing fat and bone.
Cool broth in which it was cooked.
Remove fat from top and use 1 cup of remaining liquid.
Combine pork liquid, catsup and other ingredients and mix well.
Simmer slowly for 3 hours.
