Stir all dry ingredients together.
In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients.
Add to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
Grease and flour an 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan or muffin pan.
Turn batter into loaf pan or fill muffin tin 3/4 full.
Bake loaf at 350° for 1 1/4 hours or until done.
Cover with foil the last 15 minutes to prevent overbrowning.
Bake muffins for 12 to 15 minutes at 400°.
Cool for 10 minutes.
