Pizzaburger
Pizzaburger is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked rice, 2 tbsp. melted butter or oleo, 1 egg, beaten, 12 cooked pork sausage links, diced and 1 1/2 c. tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine rice, butter and egg.
Line bottom of 12-inch skillet or pizza pan with rice mixture, making a rim around the edge about 1/4-inch high.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
Arrange sausage. Sprinkle with salt, Italian seasonings and pepper.
Cover with Mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
