Pizza Casserole
Pizza Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti noodles, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese, 2 eggs, well beaten and 1 lb. ground beef or chuck, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions, rinse and drain.
Combine noodles with butter, grated Parmesan cheese and eggs.
Spoon into greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Brown ground meat with onions; drain.
Spoon atop spaghetti.
Pour spaghetti sauce over all and sprinkle liberally with Mozzarella cheese. Arrange slices of pepperoni over the surface.
Cover with foil and bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 20 minutes.
Remove foil and continue baking 15 minutes.
Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before cutting into serving pieces.
