Pita Pizzas
Pita Pizzas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. thinly sliced zucchini, 3/4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms, 1/2 c. sliced green onions, 1/2 c. diced green pepper and 1 c. commercial pizza sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss gently. Place pita rounds on baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Spread 1/4 cup zucchini mixture on each pita round; sprinkle evenly with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400Β° for 10 minutes.
Cut each round into 8 wedges.
Serve hot.
