Pink Frozen Arctic Salad
Pink Frozen Arctic Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 can (16 oz.) whole cranberry sauce, 1 c. drained crushed pineapple and 1/2 c. chopped pecans or english walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Soften cream cheese; blend with mayonnaise, sugar, cranberry sauce, pineapple and nuts.
Fold in prepared Dream Whip.
Place in lined muffin tins and freeze.
Remove and place in freezer bags and keep frozen until ready to serve.
Top with dollop of whipped cream.
(Do not use Cool Whip or Miracle Whip salad dressing.)
