Pineapple Swirl Coffee Cake
Pineapple Swirl Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. white cake mix, 1 c. brown sugar, 3/4 c. chopped nuts, 1/4 c. firm margarine and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grease and flour an oblong pan (13 x 9-inch) or two (8 x 8-inch) square pans.
Mix 2/3 cup cake mix, brown sugar, nuts and margarine until crumbly.
Reserve.
Beat eggs; blend in sour cream.
Mix into remaining cake mix.
Spread half of batter into pan, top with half of pineapple and sprinkle with half nut mixture.
Do next layer the same.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
Serves 12 to 16.
