Pineapple Coffee Cake
Pineapple Coffee Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 egg, 1 1/4 c. flour and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg; beat well.
Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with pineapple juice.
Stir in crushed pineapple. Turn into greased baking pan.
Combine rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, chopped walnuts and raisins.
Sprinkle over top of batter.
Bake at 375Β° for 25 minutes or until done.
