Pigs in a Blanket(My Kids Favorite!)

Mix 2 cups of flour with one package of yeast.

In a small saucepan, heat milk, sugar, salt and butter until butter is almost melted.

Let cool until room temperature.

Add to dry ingredients; add eggs and mix well.

Add the rest of flour and let rise for 1 hour; punch down and let rise 30 minutes more.

Roll out dough and cut into rectangles 3 x 4 1/2-inches.

Place hot dogs in center, tucking edges in first and roll ends together, pinching edge shut. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
