Picante "Taco" Sauce is an impressive dinner. Made with 6 qt. tomatoes, 3 qt. sweet peppers, 3 qt. onions, 5 hot peppers and 5 cloves garlic, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook tomatoes for about 20 minutes.
Chop peppers, onions and garlic fine.
Mix with tomatoes and spices.
Cook for 45 minutes. Then add cornstarch mixed with a little water to mixture.
Put into hot clean jars and seal.
This is good with chips!
