Pepper Soup
Pepper Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped onion, 1 c. celery, 1 c. carrots, 2 c. frozen veggies and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Put all veggies in pan; cover with water and simmer until tender.
In a large kettle, melt 1 stick butter.
Add 1 cup flour slowly and work out all the lumps.
Then slowly add 1/2 gallon water and cook until thick.
Drain veggies and add to broth.
Add browned hamburger, stewed tomatoes, pepper, Accent and beef bouillon.
Cook until tender (medium heat).
