Peggy'S Lemon Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon jello, 1 c. hot water, 1 c. cold water, ice cubes and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve lemon jello in hot water.
Add cold water and ice cubes.
Let set until semi-firm.
Add softened cream cheese.
Beat until well mixed and smooth.
Let set until firm.
Serve on lettuce leaves and sprig of parsley.
Can use a mold or cake pan. Cut in squares to serve.
