Pecan Tarts
Pecan Tarts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 c. flour, 1 stick butter, softened, 3/4 c. finely chopped pecans and 3/4 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine cream cheese, flour and butter; squash with fingers until mixed.
Roll out on a floured board; press rounds into little tart or muffin tins.
Mix together pecans, brown sugar, egg, melted butter, vanilla and salt.
Spoon into crusts, filling half full. Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes until nicely browned.
Makes 12 to 24 tarts, depending on size of tins.
