Pecan Tarts
Pecan Tarts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, softened, 3 oz. cream cheese, softened, 1 c. flour, 1 egg, beaten and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine margarine, cream cheese and flour in bowl; mix well. Chill in refrigerator.
Shape into small balls.
Press into miniature muffin cups.
Mix remaining ingredients in bowl.
Place 1 teaspoon in each prepared muffin cup.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Remove to wire rack to cool.
Freeze if desired.
Yields 2 dozen.
