Pecan Cookies
Pecan Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter or margarine, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, 2 c. plain flour (not sifted) and 1/2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Soften butter.
Beat in sugar, egg, soda, cream of tartar and flour.
Add nuts.
Mix by hand.
Divide in two parts.
Roll in wax paper and freeze.
Cut thin slices and bake 10 minutes at 350Β°. Remove from pan right away.
