Peanut Butter Roll(Candy) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box confectioners sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/4 c. milk (approximately) and peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Stir together confectioners sugar, vanilla and milk.
Mixture will need to be very stiff. Roll out until very thin on a floured or confectioners sugar covered area.
Spread thin layer of peanut butter over this and roll as a jelly roll.
Refrigerate until cold.
