Peanut Butter Easter Eggs
Peanut Butter Easter Eggs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. powdered sugar, 1/3 c. peanut butter, 2 tbsp. cold coffee, 2 tbsp. melted margarine and 1/4 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix together powdered sugar, peanut butter, coffee, margarine and vanilla until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Shape by teaspoonful into egg forms.
Chill in refrigerator for 4 hours. In double boiler, melt chocolate and wax.
Dip eggs into chocolate, one at a time using 2 forks or toothpicks.
Chil until chocolate chills.
(Re-dip into chocolate for a thicker coating, if desired.) Store in refrigerator.
