Peach Pecan Muffins
Peach Pecan Muffins is an easy dinner. Made with 6 c. any standard muffin mix, 2 c. canned peach pie filling, 1 tbsp. nutmeg, 1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts) and water (enough to make a stiff dough), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
To standard muffin mix, add peach pie filling (chop up the peach slices, but use all of the can contents, including the thickening, which makes the muffins moist), nutmeg and nuts.
Mix with enough water to make a stiff dough.
Divide into muffin tins. Will make 12 large muffins or 24 medium muffins.
Bake at 375Β° until done.
