Pasta with Pesto
Pasta With Pesto is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. garlic and parsley angel hair pasta or any other, 4 oz. fresh basil, 1 c. fresh grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 c. pine nuts or walnuts and 1 c. olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In blender, put fresh basil leaves without stems.
Add Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, olive oil and garlic to make a smooth sauce.
Boil pasta (al dente) right before tossing with the sauce. Heat olive oil in a pan.
Saute mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes and choice of meat.
Before putting sun-dried tomatoes in the pan, rehydrate by simmering in water about 5 minutes.
Toss with hot pasta.
Serve immediately.
