Pancakes
Pancakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. all-purpose flour, 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. granulated sugar and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat griddle to 350Β°.
Beat together egg, milk and oil. Add dry ingredients to liquid and stir just until mixed.
Do not overmix!
A few small lumps are okay.
Spray griddle with Pam, oil or margarine.
Pour batter onto griddle with 1/4 cup measuring cup.
Cook until bubbles come to surface and the edges are dry. Turn over to brown other side.
Makes about 15 (5-inch) pancakes.
