Overnight Potato Soup
Overnight Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. potatoes, 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1 c. onion, chopped, 1/4 c. butter and 1 can cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place sliced potatoes in a large bowl.
Add cheese.
Saute onion in 1/4 cup butter.
Stir in soup and sour cream.
Pour over potatoes and cheese; mix well.
Put in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Cover; refrigerate overnight.
Sprinkle corn flakes; drizzle 3 tablespoons butter.
