Melt butter.
Put potatoes in butter.
Completely cover. Remove; salt and pepper.
Toss steak in remaining butter until covered.
Spray pan with pan spray to avoid sticking.
Lay steak and potatoes in pan and bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes until done.
Meat and potatoes come out tender and delicious.
