Oven Roasted Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope onion soup mix, 2 lb. potatoes, cut into chunks and 1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 450Β°.
In large plastic bag, add all ingredients.
Close bag and shake until all potatoes are evenly coated.
Empty potatoes into shallow baking dish or roasting pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
