Oven Roasted Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 oz.) envelope onion recipe soup mix, 2 lb. unpeeled potatoes, washed and cut up and 1/3 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Put the soup mix, potatoes and oil in a plastic bag.
Shake until potatoes are colored.
