Oven Rice
Oven Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans beef broth (soup can size), 1 c. long grain rice (not minute), 1 large jar mushrooms, drained or 1 basket fresh sliced mushrooms, 3/4 tsp. rosemary (optional) and 1/2 stick butter (can use 1/4 stick), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saut rice in butter until chalky.
Put in 9 x 13-inch dish.
Pour broth, mushrooms and onions into pan.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
You can make this a main dish by putting chicken breasts on the bottom and only using 1 can of broth.
