Oven Fried Chicken
Oven Fried Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 1/2 c. milk, 1/4 c. margarine, 9 to 12 pieces chicken and 2 c. corn flake crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix egg and milk together.
Roll chicken in batter, then into corn flake crumbs.
Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put chicken in baking pan and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
(May substitute salt, pepper and paprika.)
Bake at 425Β° for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken; bake an additional 15 minutes.
