Oven-Crisp Sliced Potatoes
Thinly sliced potatoes shaken with onion soup mix and roasted until edges turn shatter-crisp. Three ingredients, all crunch.

Slice potatoes and place in a plastic bag (two at a time) with the Lipton soup mix and oil.
Shake to coat potatoes.
Place in baking dish or uncovered pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Should be crisp.
