Oven Barbecued Steak
Oven Barbecued Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. round steak, 2 tsp. vegetable oil, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 3/4 c. catsup and 1/4 to 1/2 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cut steak into 10 equal portions.
Pour oil in skillet and heat.
