Out Of This World Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. yeast, 1 1/4 c. warm water, 3 eggs, well beaten, 1/2 c. shortening and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Soften yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
Combine eggs, shortening, sugar, yeast mixture, remaining warm water, salt and 2 1/2 cups flour.
Beat until smooth.
Add remaining flour to make soft dough.
Refrigerate overnight.
Shape rolls three hours before baking.
Let rise.
Bake at 400Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
Yields 4 dozen rolls.
