Oriental Salad
Oriental Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/8 tsp. curry powder, 1/8 tsp. garlic powder and 1 tsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix first 5 ingredients.
Either cook and cool peas or empty the box of frozen peas onto a towel to absorb moisture as they defrost.
Mix tuna, celery, onion and water chestnuts to mayonnaise, along with thawed peas.
(Peas should be thawed some to avoid excess water in the finished salad.)
