Orange Tea
Orange Tea is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 38 minutes. Made with . orange pekoe tea, (2 1/2-inch) strips orange rind, c. fresh orange juice, c. lemon juice and sugar to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Pour 4 cups boiling water over the tea leaves and orange rind in a heat-proof bowl and let the mixture steep for 10 minutes. Strain the tea into a pitcher; add the orange juice, the lemon juice and the sugar, stirring until the sugar is dissolved and chill the mixture.
Add the ginger ale; pour the mixture into tall glasses filled with ice cubes and garnish each drink with one of the orange slices.
Makes 8 drinks.
