Orange Pecandy
Orange Pecandy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 4 tbsp. corn syrup, 3/4 c. pet milk, juice of 1 orange and 1 tsp. orange peel, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Bring sugar, syrup and milk to boil.
Add orange juice and cook to 234° on candy thermometer.
Add peel and cook to 250°. Cool.
Add butter, vanilla and nuts.
Beat well.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Store in airtight container.
