Orange Marmalade Muffins
Orange Marmalade Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 c. sugar, 3/4 tsp. baking powder, 2 beaten eggs and 1 c. dairy sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Grease muffin cups or line with paper bake cups.
Stir together flour, sugar and baking powder.
Make a well in the center.
Combine eggs, sour cream, marmalade, butter and vanilla. Add sour cream mixture all at once to flour mixture.
Stir until moistened.
Fill the muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake them in 400Β° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
