Onion Soup
Onion Soup is an moderately easy soup you can prepare in just 58 minutes. Made with onions, thinly sliced, c. beef bouillon, . butter, . worcestershire sauce and . tabasco sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Saute onions in butter in large pan for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Add bouillon, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, Kitchen Bouquet, pepper and salt if needed.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 4 hours.
Pour into crocks; top with toast and Mozzarella cheese.
Put under broiler to melt cheese.
