Onion Roasted Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope lipton onion soup mix, 1/3 c. vegetable oil and 2 lb. potatoes, cut in chunks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 450Β°.
Put all ingredients in large plastic bag and shake until potatoes are coated.
Put in shallow baking pan, discard bag.
Bake 40 minutes, stir occasionally.
Garnish with parsley.
