Onion-Roasted Potatoes(1993 Taster'S Luncheon) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope onion-mushroom recipe soup mix, 2 lb. all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks and 1/3 c. extra light olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 450Β°.
In a large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients.
Close bag and shake or toss in bowl until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty potatoes into shallow baking or roasting pan.
Discard bag.
Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh parsley.
Makes 8 servings.
