One-Pan Banana Bread
One-Pan Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. vegetable oil, 1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 3), 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 3 eggs and 2 1/3 c. buttermilk baking mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Generously grease bottom of a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Stir oil, bananas, vanilla, eggs, baking mix, sugar and nuts in pan with a fork until moistened; beat vigorously 1 minute.
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 65 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Run knife or metal spatula around sides of loaf to loosen; remove from pan.
